I'm not able to save appointments on my calendar in Outlook

's Computer Specifications

About once a week, when I try and save an appointment in my Outlook 2003
colander, I get the following error:

"an unknown error has occurred, can't save appointment" Then it require a
restart of Outlook to get it to function again.

MS has not been able to help, if you have a solution, it is greatly
appreciated.
