I AM DESPERATE FOR SOME HELP! I HOPE SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON HOW TO FIX THIS LITTLE GLITCH. I AM CURRENTLY A WINDOWS XP USER, AND AM USING A BROTHER HL1440 PRINTER (DON'T KNOW IF THAT INFO WILL HELP), BUT I CAN'T PRINT ANYTHING FROM THE INTERNET. I CAN'T PRINT MY E MAILS OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT HAS TO DO WITH THE INTERNET. WHAT HAPPENS IS THAT I EITHER GET 3/4 PAGE OF INFO OR 1/2 A PAGE, OR EVEN LESS THAN THAT. SOMETIMES I ONLY GET SYMBOLS AND NUMBERS ON THE TOP OF THE PAGE. I AM REALLY IGNORANT WHEN IT COMES TO FIXING COMPUTER PROBS. IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME I WOULD REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE IT

Please turn OFF the Caps Lock key. It's considered shouting, is extremely
rude and makes the posting very difficult to read.

Uninstall and reinstall your printer COMPLETELY... using the instructions at
http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article%20One.htm

Then go to www.brother.com and download a new set of drivers for this
printer. Install the software BEFORE reconnecting the printer.
