IE6 and Netscape 7.1 with Fidelity

I have an account with fidelity and use IE6 everything is
find until I try to send email. The Fidelity server will
not accept email from IE6. I have downloaded IE6, SP1. I
use Netscape 7.1 and email works fine. My OS is W98SE.
Appreciate any suggestions besides get Windows XP.
