Hi all,
When i open my IE, i get a lot of unwanted pop up
browsers.Somehow it get planted in my system.How do i
delete them all?

Run Adaware on your PC to search for spyware. Its free and available here:

SpyBot - Search + Destroy is also a useful application to search for Spyware

NOTE: Always choose to backup files before letting those Programs delete it.
So you can always come back if errors occure after a cleanup.

You might want to try the beta Google tool bar. It has a pop-up
blocker built into it. Works real well too, but be sure you get the
beta version.
