Further information....
I have uninstalled the Google bar from Explorer. Didn't make any
difference.
It appears that Explorer isn't "sharing". The first person that signs
on the box gets to use the Explorer. Anyone else that signs on to the
box is denied access to Explorer by getting the C++ Runtime Error.
Reboot the box and any user gets to use Explorer and the rest are
essentially locked out with the error message!
Why won't Explorer, for lack of a better word, share? How do I make it
so that it can?
