I am using a Dell comp. with Windows XP. I have been using Firefox since it
has given me faster use plus a less amount of pop-ups.. I am now taking a
class at college online and it requires IE. I am using Internet Explorer 6
with Service Pack 1 with all the updates. (I have tried Service Pack 2 but it
continuously messes up my computer big time) Whenever I open IE it takes
almost a minute to open.. When it opens, the page will not load and my IE
will just freeze. For anti-virus i use mcafee. I also use webroot's
spysweeper for spyware. I also use adware se and sybot for other securirty
stuff.. My computer seems to be completely clean of any syware, etc.. but my
IE still messes up. I have tried opening IE with my security programs on and
off, but still no luck. I have a hijack program and have sent my log and
have deleted the things not needed there also. Any help will be much
appreciated. Thanks
