Whoops, just had a thought...
Is there a link light on in the back of the NIC on your ICS computer?
If not, you could be connected into an uplink port on your hub, (it'll have
an X on it).
Try moving the ethernet to another port on whatever network device you're
using, or using a crossover where you're using a straight patch cable.
