Hi, hope someone can help. I'd like to hear more about
this file and what I should be doing.

HZR.EXE-04B5D400.pf

This file is in the Prefetch folder. According to my
Norton Firewall, this attempting to connect to the
internet and is marked as a "High Risk".

The WinXP PC I am using is currently virus/trojan free,
but I it has recently suffered removed the lsass and
msblaster worms. Could this file be related to these
incidents? I've virus checked the file; came back as free
from viruses.

What is this file? Is it important? I'd like to delete it
if possible.

There are several registery entries for it under the
name "Microsoft Update Machine".

Thanks for your help!

Your AV program only protects you against Virus. There is other dangerous
things out there known as Spyware. This can be anything from Adware to
Dialers. You need to scan your system with an Anti-Spyware program.

Here are two free excellent ones. Use both, what one does not catch, the
other will:
Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org - FAQ, Help & Forum @ Site.
Ad-aware - http://www.lavasoft.de/ - FAQ, Help & Forum @ Site.
