I have just received a response from the Private Newsgroups that it is not
possible to include a hyperlink that contains spaces within a user defined
field in an Outlook form. I would like to add this as a feature request for
future Outlook/Exchange functionality.

What's the application you're looking at? There are ways to make this work, but the details depend on what you're trying to do.
