Simple question, how on earth do you set-up Outlook 2003 to work with an
exchange 2003 server with the HTTP protocol running?

I have connected successfully with Entourage on the Mac, but I cannot get
outlook to work on the PC.

Any help in setting this up would be brilliant

Are you on a remote network? You can set the RPC over HTTP settings when you
open your Exchange Account configuration and press More Settings...
