HScrollBar tabindex

Hello,

I'm using a HScrollBar on a form and have set the tabindex and tabstop =
True. The control never gets focus. I have a combobox, checkbox, and
linklabel that all work fine, just not the HScrollBox. This is on a WM 6
Standard application.
