Can anyone tell me why this printer (HP970Cse)decided to
quit printing the color blue and also green. All other
colors are fine. I have tried 4 new different HP6578A
cartridges and after the inital installation which works
fine on all colors the printer will subsequently quit
printing any thing using the blue jet. I am sure there
is blue ink in the cartridges, It has to be the
printer! Has anyone else experienced this problem?

You'd probably have to contact HP for this.....

If you've done the usual tasks of running a maintenance and cleaning cycles
(as per the printer manual) then it could be some deeper problem with the
print head itself.
