Uninstall the HP software, if possible. Then go to Add/Remove Programs
in the Control Panel, click the Change button next to MSAS, then choose
the Update option. Then reinstall the HP software.
IF it is not possible to uninstall the HP software, uninstall MSAS
first. Then uninstall the Printer from the Control Panel. Reinstall
MSAS, then the printer.
