My left speaker is not working, I tried the Control Panel (balance), Sound
Max (Tests). No luck. Please let me know if there's eanything else I can try

I'm afraid it's time to call HP and find out where your nearest service
center is. It sounds like a wire inside the notebook has either broken or
become disconnected.
