Were not doing books, there work order slips, A4 in size. single
sheets maybe 15 of them at a time every 15 min. The person working the
production line will scan them in to the system I imagine.
Did you look at the link i posted? something like that would be nice.

If you mean the link for the Honywell, yes I looked at it.
It is a neat scanner and works much like a Digital Camera and Copy Stand.
For flat A4 documents 15 documents every 15 minutes is a tall order, not
impossible however.
If the documents are handwritten, you can only send Image PDFs, Optical
Character Recognition does not work on handwriting.
I would recommend that you check into Document Scanners that include a
Document feeder. Plus Adobe PDF software.
Kodak makes one that is a desktop unit and Kodak has the software.
