Weird, really, that someone would cut up a pile of banknotes and then dump them. There's something strange in this story but we'll never know the truth.At least, he'll have something to do on those nights when there's nothing on TV.

Recon it was two drunks who won the lottery and decided to split the loot fifty fifty.
