I recently installed XPpro both on my dektop and my
laptop. When I try to set up a home network the wizard
stops and says it cannot finish. When I try to repair the
1394 adapter it syas that tcp/icp is not enabled. What
can I do. In the systems log I get the following
message:Event Type: Information
Event Source: EvntAgnt
Event Category: None
Event ID: 2018

SNMP Event Log Extension Agent is starting.

Well I don't know what kind of network you're tryig to set
up, but ususally you don't use Firewire (1394) to do it.
You usually use your network adapter (ethernet).
