Hide documents in a server based printer queue

Hi all

I just have the problem that we should hide the content of printer queues on
W2K/W2K3 print servers to users, except the users own printed documents.
Does somebody know about a way to do something like that? I allready tried
to do something with the access-based enumeration tool on windows server 2003
- but without success.
