I cannot see the menu, I try to click on Tools >> Folder Options >> View and
check Show Hidden Files/Folders on system to recover some hidden files.
However this option it´s not in the menu. What can I do?.

Checking to show hidden files/folders is only the 1st step,you must also
uncheck "hide extensions" & uncheck "hide OS files/folders"...Dont forget
to reset when youre thru.
