It's good stuff... Hibernation basically suspends the OS and all the running
programs to RAM (so it will take the same amount of space that you have for
RAM and reserve that on the hard drive) and will enable you to return from a
power off state to fully running very quickly. It's handy and fast. I
recommend that people use it if they don't have any problems with it and are
at all interested in saving either the environment or money for electricity
bills.
