If you can ping the IP but not name then its almost certainly a DNS issue.
Sadly you would need to provide far more info about your setup for anyone to
give you a decent answer otherwise we are just guessing
Can you resolve internal DNS queries for instance or do they fail too, are
you in an AD environment? where do clients get their DNS addresses from? and
are they internal DNS servers or external? (like your isp , incidentally this
is a no - no for AD domains, internal DNS only)
If you could post an ipconfig /all from a failing client and the server this
would really help to identify your issue, there is an MSKB about some FW
blocking DNS queries due to max packets sizes too
