When I tried to send a message it just remains in the outbox. An error
appears regarding to the server for outgoing mail, the enter server is OK,
when I configured the account I put SMTP, is it wrong? Thank you

If you put "SMTP" for the name of the server, then it is wrong.
If Ciudad is your ISP, the outgoing server name is smtp.ciudad.com.ar.
