Hello guys,

I have Windows XP Home and NTFS file system on one disk with one partition.
When I check the disk from command window, calling CHKDSK, it is reporting
from some time following error:

"Correcting errors in the Volume Bitmap."
"Windows found problems with the file system."

In fact, nothing is being correct.

Then I schedule CHKDSK to run when Windows boots up (with /F switch), then
it checks the disk and finds no errors! After login into my account and
again running CHKDSK from command line - above error is reported. I don't
know what to do and how to fix that error.
In CHKDSK documentation, something is meant about spurious error messages,
if CHKDSK can't be run with /F switch (I can't run it with this switch,
because I have only one, active partition) - is it possible that this is one
of these spurious messages? I haven't this error month ago. I have latest
antivirus software and for 100% have no virus. Also, I perform Windows
Update twice a day.

Please help me find the solution, or give me the link to application (if
necessary) that could correct this. Thank you in advance for help, I have no
idea what might be wrong.

Regards,
Jared
