Help with new Stop Error (BSOD)

I am seeing alot of emails about SP4. But in your case
this may be caused by one of the new peices of hardware
you recently installed. The HAL.DLL points in that
direction.

Can you reboot and Press F8 and go into Safe mode then
remove the drivers for the APC UPS? I would then
disconnect the APC from the server and reboot normally.
