Help Me - How to start in safe mofe - Lost Admin. login password

To Anyone who can help !!! Operating system Win XP 200
I have used F8 to go in safe mode but it goes into a option saying " Select First Boot device ", Floppy, Idle, CDRom etc. et
I have lost my Administrators's password on my home pc and logged on as a guest user with no rights or access to my files and written documents
Please advice me, my email address is (E-Mail Removed)

Try this for the password issue:

You seem to be entering the BIOS instead of getting the startup menu.
Are you sure you are tapping F8 and not another key?
Try another keyboard
To get to Safe Mode:
Reboot
Tap F8 each second
At the menu select Safe Mode.
