Friends,

Would you help me please? I am using windows 2000 Pro. and time to time I am
getting this error; “ Winsock Error Stop:0x10020A2F
{Unknown_blocking} Possible Reason: Your “Firewall” is blocking one or more
System files Check the “Winsock Error Log File” on: C:\WinsockError.log. OK”

So this is the error message. Only today this error is coming before this
machine was working very fine without any problem.

Thanks

Same

Hi,

Possibly this could be Sober.G virus.
Sober.G is a worm without destructive effects that spreads via e-mail in a
message written in English or in German, depending on the mail domain
extension of the user's address.

Sober.G searches for e-mail addresses in files with several especific
extensions, and then sends itself out to all the addresses it has gathered,
using its own SMTP engine

Go thru the Prevention & cure steps at
http://www.pandasoftware.com/virus_i...aspx?lst=vis&i
dvirus=47416

Thanks,
