Help: DUN does not exist or New DUN Creation Failed

Dear All,

I recently installed DSL thru Verizon. It was work ok
until I starting getting a "stop message" 0x000000 ...
datestamp 3ee6c002 ntoskrnl.exe
Dumping physical memory...

I removed Verizon Online Dialer and then reinstalled it
again. Now "when I attemp to run Verizon Dialer (WinPoet
6.0) I'm getting the message:
"Either DUN does not exist or New DUN Creation Failed"
I have w2k pro and I have no idea how to make my DSL
return working.
Could please someone smart than me help me on this?
