Hi there,
I am in desperate need of help. I am going to be sending an invitation to
many people. I would like them to see the invitation immediatley upon
opening their email rather than having to go and click on "attachement"
How do I do that? Any help is appreciated.

Thank you

thanks but I understand the mail Merge but it's getting the document into the
BODY of the email prior to sending it and having the link on the body of the
document to the website working
Thanks again

If you have a Word document, for example, whose body you want in the
message, you can always copy that body to the clipboard and then paste it
into an HTML-formatted message to reproduce the contents of the document.
There are also other ways, but I've never had a problem with this method.
