I bought an ASUS P4PE motherboard and a new PC case recently, but I am
having trouble in connecting the PC cables with the motherboard connectors.

Could anyone please tell me the best match to connect these together?

1). Front Panel Audio Connections:

My PC Case comes with -

Line in L
Line in R
Line out L
Line out R
MIC In
MIC VCC
GND

and

My Motherboard come with -

MIC2 -- AGND
MICPWR -- +5VA
Line out_R -- BLINE_OUT_R
NC--(empty)
Line out_L -- BLINE_OUT_L

************

2). USB

My PC Case comes with -

VCC1
USB1-
USB1+
GND

VCC2
USB2-
USB2+
GND

and

My Motherboard comes with -

USB+5V -- USB+5V
LP4- -- LP5-
LP4+ -- LP5+
GND -- GND
(empty) -- NC

****************

Thank you very much for your helps...

MIC2 goes to MIC in,
MIC PWR goes to MIC-VCC (sometimes called MIC-BIAS)

The way your motherboard should come, is with two jumpers on the JFP
connector, one for L line, the other for R. The Line in connect to one
side, line out to the other. To see if it is right or wrong, play a
sound with speakers connected to the front line jack, and it should
work as if it were the rear.

VCC is +5V It is probably best to use the one on the same side of the
header for that data lines. It seems that you case might have 2 single
row inline plugs, which if they are as you describe, witll plug
straight in.
