My mother-in-law's HDD just cratered and all was lost. I
believe she was running Win 2000. I need to get a copy
from MS for the new drive, but I'm not sure where to look
or how to get it.

If you had a legittimate retail copy of windows 2000, then you ma
contact Microsoft Customer Service (800) 936-4900. They can get you i
touch with the right group within MS.

If your computer come with a pre-installed copy of w2k, then you nee
to contact the vendor manifacturer for a copy of the software (ex
Dell, IBM, HP.. etc
