Put two large drives UATA 133 or 100 in RAID0 on the VIA IDE RAID
controller. Select max stripe.
Put your boot/os/program drive on SATA1 or 2. During WinXP install, hit F6
to load the Intel SATA drivers if you require the SATA RAID at some point.
You can put your boot/os/program drive on the standard IDE controller, and
then choose either the VIA IDE RAID or the SATA Intel RAID for your capture
drives. I think performance is about the same for either config. Some folks
have had trouble with dropped frames with the VIA IDE RAID controller.
