I am trying to look for a template which I can use as a handing over using
access database. The user can add or delete entries like using an excel file.
Any templates available please?

I have no idea what a "handing over" might be, so I can't point you to a
template. There are quite a few general ones on the Microsoft website and

In general, though, it's a better idea to build your own. Anybody who builds a
template will build it to meet the needs of *their own* idea of the business
logic, which might not agree with yours.
