We are running win2k Pro SP3, installed a program under
Admin and logged in under Active Directory's user and try
to run that program, it says OCX is missing, which I
assume is a file that's needed for the program. But we
could not find a way to resolve this problem. Please give
some suggestions. Thanks.

hello,
that is not a group policy. OCX file is "AciveX Control
File" which is included in the appliction at the time of
developement. That file is needed to run the application
properly.
Try to copy that OCX file into
"<System Root>/Winnt/system32/" directory. register that
OCX file useing "regsvr32". if it is not working you have
to reinstall the application.
