Graphics Summary Properties

On server A if I right click a jpg I can clivk on
properties and summary and get a list of properties of the
file, like its height width etc.

On server B if I do the same all the fields are blank. On
both servers the jpg displays fine, and if I copy between
the two the summary details appear and disappear depending
on machine. I dont think its a permission thing - it
doesnt say

Summary properties are unavailable

Any ideas
