GPO SP4 and SP1 at the same time ?

Hi!

Is it possbible to add a gpo with both sp4 for win2000 and
sp1 for xp, and add this gpo for the OU with all
computers ? I also want to add both swedish and english
version of the SP´s.

Is this a good idea ?
