FRS required?

Hello
I have a small network with 1 Windows 2000 server and 3 workstations running
XP. I am getting a lot of FRS errors in my logs. I do not want to replicate
files anywhere in my network. So my questions is whether I even need to use
FRS at all. Does anyone know if I can just disable or turn off FRS? And if
so, how?
