thank you both but - coz - before posting here I did google search!

all i found was destination transloader - in google and same script on hotscripts and phpresourceindex.

but it's dead project now. site is alive but no release there and, as author wrote, no plans to continue and release it again for downloading. and second - it was based on WGET linux program - seems not independent php script.
