Free/Busy time

I have a user that when she trys to plan a meeting she keys in the name and
it doesn't underline the name and there are only hash//// marks in the
calendar. But if you go to the add others button and select from an address
book then it shows the persons name underlined and shows free/busy time by
solid color. The works on most just ran across this on a few machines. Is
there a fix for this?
