So I have a calendar set up for our conference room. This calendar is edited
and kept up to date by our Secretary. The problem she is having is that for
certain calendar events she is unable to see the free busy information any of
the guest that are attending. I have cleaned the free busy data and tried to
use a different PC to log in and I still receive the same problem. She is
running an XP machine with outlook 2003. I don't know what else to do. If any
one has any thing that that can help with please let me know!

So the free busy of all invitees is unavailable for certain meeting
requests, even though the free/busy is available for other meeting requests
for these same people? Or do you mean that she can never see the free/busy
for some invitees?

Yes it is only in certain meetings, we can see the free busy of the same
people in other meetings for the "Conference Room" It seems to be only
affecting certain meetings but i can not find any similarity between any of
these meetings that aren't showing up. I think it might be that the
"Conference Room" Profile is corrupt but at this point to delete that profile
and recreated along with all of its events is not an option, that would
require days of work. So I am hoping to find something different that is
wrong.

It’s possible only some appointments are corrupt...

Is the conference room a mailbox? If so, I'd try opening it in outlook with
some of the cleaning switches. if the same people are always affected I'd
also open those (and the room) with the /cleanfreebusy switch.
