fonts vieving problem

hy
Iam using windows 2000 english which is made in to arabic
enabled now fasing problem like some of arabic fonts are
not able to read i.e. this is (¼ýƒºí Ú¼ýºí ƒÚÛÙ¼Ü)one file
name which is generated in ms office 98 i transfered the
date into msoffice 2000
can you please help me to solve this problem
