Wild guess here .... try opening the presentation on the PC again, then resave
to a new file name; this time specifically do NOT embed the fonts.
Font embedding isn't supported on Mac but I'm wondering if the embedded fonts
from the PC file might be confusing it.
To replace fonts on the Mac, you use the same process as on the PC:
Choose Format, Replace Fonts from the main menu bar.
