Some how i changed the font under the icons on my desktop
and can not change it back. How do I change this font and
only the font?

Right-click on your Desktop and select:

Properties > Appearance > Advanced
and select Icon from the Item drop-down menu.

You can customize just about every aspect of your Desktop by
right-clicking on the Desktop, choosing Properties, clicking the Appearance
tab, clicking the Advanced button and changing the settings to whatever you
wish. As you can always revert to default settings, experiment a bit and see
how far curiosity can take you.
