Folder Quota Management

Is there a free tool for folder quota management? I have seen SpaceGuard SRM
but it is not free. I know that Windows 2003 R2 have these feature but I am
not going to upgrade my file server just for this Quota management cause I
need also to update my CAL. Hope you could suggest one.
