's Computer Specifications

in the previous version of Outlook my contact information would turn red when
the red flag became due, with my new computer it is not sdoing this, where do
i go to change this options and allow the contact infofmration to change
color?

Previous version of Outlook or BCM? I don't believe this exists for Accounts
and Business Contacts.
