Hi

Very useful group this!

I've been getting lots of error 1004 in my w2k server, even though TS
license manager shows available licences. I've found a KB answer that deals
with it and mentions needing SP3. I'm running SP4 - should this have been
fixed in this service pack? Article is here:

The KB article says contact support for the fix, but at £80 odd for an email
query?! If I pay this and then the fix works, do I get refunded?

Hoping an MVP can let me know!
