firewall Setup

15 PCs are in
Another set of 15 PCs are in -
Subnet Mask is
Users in should not be able to access network and
vice versa. Is it possible to set up using any built in options ?

2. I have a server which I need to protect using this firewall but at the same
time we need this server to be accessed by the clients. I think we need to
set up a VPN for this access . Is it possible by using Windows Server 2003 ?
