I have a camara that only makes movies in .mov format. I
want to use them in movie maker or media player and I
need to know how to convert them.

Not an easy task I'm afraid. There are guides how to do it at

Download Bink and Smacker from www.radgametools.com and you can convert them
from mov to avi files.

MovieMaker2 can then convert the avi to a wmv.
