Finding the "Search Toolbar" in Add or Remove Programs

I am trying to fix an Adware threat. Norton Antivirus has
instructed to select "Search Toolbar" in the Add or
Remove Programs. Nothing shows with that name. Anyone
know what name Windows has given "Search Toolbar"?
