A friend, who uses juno.com as an ISP, is trying to set up Eudora to use
as an email program. However, we were unable to find out what the name
of the mail server is at juno. We looked in every menu and dialog in the
juno software, trying to find out where the mail server was stored so we
could enter that name into Eudora.

Is the only way to find out to call Juno tech support?

Oh, the computer we're working on is running Windows 2000.

I apologize if this is an inappropriate place to ask this question, but
after looking through my list of available newsgroups, this seemed like
the best place. If there's a better place to ask, could someone let me
know?

Thank you - it turns out that Juno doesn't allow other email programs
to access the mail. You either have to use the Juno email software they
give you when you sign up, or you can access it via a web browswer.
