filter and mark as read items

Set objItms = objFld.Items.Restrict("@SQL=" & Chr(34) & "urn:schemas:httpmail:subject" & Chr(34) & _
" Like '%" & TEST & "%' ")
i use this filter to check eamil in outlook folder.

if the fileter condition is true how to mark as read the eamil?
How to know the sender date of filtered e amil?
